I designed the record-keeping and progress-tracking for this program using Excel spreadsheets that are compatible with either Mac or PC computers. Please feel free to download the program and modify it to suit your needs. Even if you're not highly skilled using Excel, you can still download and use this blank version of the spreadsheet program. It's fully formatted and operational, and is ready for you to enter your data. The program file contains 5 sheets and is set up to record the data for two people at the same time. You can ignore sheets 2 and 3 if you are using this program for one person.

At the top of each sheet you will find complete instructions for using that sheet. Just follow the directions and you should have no trouble using the program. Start with sheet 1.
